I recently received your order. I am the biggest fan of your tea the biggest disappointment that I have is the fact that I received a week ago and the expiration date is 312 2026. And the fact that the making year is three years ago which is 312 2023. It’s a huge disappointment.

There may have been a small misunderstanding with the date format on the package. The dates are written in the European format day.month.year (DD.MM.YY).
So:
Production date: 3.12.23 means 3 December 2023
Expiration date: 3.12.26 means 3 December 2026
The tea therefore has a shelf life until December 3, 2026, so it is completely fresh and well within the normal storage period.
